Pastry Bag

Just another micro-post. While browsing some other baking blogs, I came across a circular, zipped plastic bag for rolling out pastry. Ever since, I've been trying to imagine exactly how my chef would react if I rocked up to the labo one day and started using one... More photos of it in action here.
